At Vintage Fever Thermometers, owned and operated by American Rebel X LLC, we take pride in the accuracy of our product descriptions and the care we take in packaging. Because our thermometers are vintage items, all sales are considered final.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges except in the following cases:

The item arrives damaged during shipping.
The item is significantly different from its description in our listing.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement (if available) or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Important Notes

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We cannot be responsible for delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier once the package has left our facility.
